World Famous Design Junkies is an artist collective dedicated to producing unique works both wild and wonderful. Pop art, science fiction, natural, fantastic, macabre, and all things offbeat. WFDJ works can be found on display shelves and gallery walls in the homes and halls of collectors in North Dakota, Minnesota, New York, California, and Tokyo. WFDJ works have been displayed and sold in specialty shops, art shows, and conventions across the United States and Japan.

WFDJ was founded by Chris Burns (c. 1985), known professionally as World Famous Design Junkies (stylized as WFDJ), Chris Burns is an American artist, designer, toymaker, and photographer.
His work includes the depiction of highly detailed flora and fauna of the United States’ Midwest region, the fantastic, the dead, and the blurring of lines between what’s seen and what’s imagined.
He’s also had the opportunity to design and produce a collection of toys as fine art and by commission for clients.
Chris Burns was born in Minnesota and graduated from Minneapolis College of Art and Design where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
