Jesus was a rolling stones cross stitch

This is a gem. I bought this unique work of pure design artwork for a dollar. Yes! A dollar! I couldn’t believe noone else had picked it up. He’s looking fine, as you can see, and the craftwork here is flawless. Not only is the stitching itself lovely, but as you’ll notice in the gallery below, the canvas itself is cut perfectly to fit the fine plastic and plastic frame.

There’s nothing quite like a cross-stitch of Jesus.

I purchased this at an estate sale in NE Minneapolis. The artist is more than likely dead, but their spirit for good cross stitch remains alive in this work!

Hooray!

I took some photos of the back also, as I find the backs of cross stitches to be often more intriguing than the fronts, as the amount of inhibition is very different depending on the craftsperson. To clip, or not to clip, that’s what every crossstitcher asks their self at the end of each color.
