It’s the Madame Tussauds version set up for fun on August 4 2009. Attending this year are Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Clinton, and Colin Powell. This is the New York Tussaunds, incase you were just at the London one and didn’t see them.
