It’s important to note the image you see above. It’s important for at least two reasons: one, the phrase is basically brilliant. Two, the way he holds the poster has been recognized on a bunch of lists as a totally unique way to present the poster (up until he did it.) While the holding of the poster in front of your face with two hands is now common, the fact that he’s backwards is important – when you see it, you will freak! Right?
This is the international siren sound of the design student. You’ve got to first and foremost, last and lastmost, besides all other things, as a designer, be able to design a poster. It can be as complicated as a hundred-artist concert rally with statistics on each one, as simple as a bakery sign. Every project has the potential to produce a poster, yes. Every project SHOULD have a poster, indeed.
