Oh the strangeness of the world. Oh how we humans can create such lovely imaginative characters sometimes so fantastic, they cross back over into the real world. Oh my goodness. The tiny project in this post is a set of two photos taken by a fellow known only as “Windnstorm,” taken of a girl by the name of Sarah Robbins. Both people are artists and photographers in their own right, but while Robbins is more of a fantastic illustrator, Wind is a bit more deviant in his trade: cosplay, the creation of cosplay costumes, and taking photos and having photos taken of cosplay dressed people. It’s a strange world out there. Here’s a couple of excellent diamonds in the rough.

Both of these photos are taken of Robbins dressed in a costume resembling the character “Misty” from the Pokemon universe. In the long photo, she swims alongside a Pokeball: the central tool in the Pokemon universe used by humans to capture and store the little pocket monsters known as Pokemon. The other photo features a hand-painted metal star drifting underneath a floating Misty, this star representing the Pokemon Staryu.

Wild, fabulous, lovely.

NOTE: I’ve just been informed that the photographs were actually taken by the one called Margo98
