I was up in city hall by the street-cleaning office today and WHAM, there’s the best sign about spitting on sidewalks I’d ever seen. I was there. The sign was there. The guy whose sign it was was there. He told me that it wasn’t an official sign for the city, but that he thought it should be.

It’s not a real sign for the city, but it should be. Some of those folks spitting that garbage on the sidewalk it just gets you thinking.
