Cosby Show: Kitchen, Living Room, and Master Bedroom
I Dream of Jeannie: Kitchen, Living Room, Major Nelson’s office and Jeannie’s Bottle (her bedroom).
The Brady Bunch: Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Master Bedroom, Boys Bedroom, Back Yard, Garage, and Butcher Shop.
Married With Children: Kitchen (rarely), Living Room, Basement, Master Bedroom, Al’s Shoe Shop.
That 70′s show: Living Room, Kitchen, Basement, and Garage/Driveway.
Happy Days: Kitchen, Living Room, Fonzie’s Loft, Fonzie’s Repair Shop, Al’s Diner, and Al’s Diner’s Mens Room.
Three’s Company: Living Room, Kitchen, Mr. Roper’s Living Room, the Local Bar.
Granted, not all are part of a “home” but the post is not entirely correct.

I think it’s more drawing attention to which side they appear on; hence the divide into two sections and the “L” and “R” tags.
Since the studio home has to be open on one side, it means the view will always be the same three walls, so the kitchen will always be on the “same” side when you’re looking at it.
