It’s just one of those songs that never, ever, ever stops. “All The Single Ladies” by BeyoncĂ© Knowles has been transmogrified into this splendid screenprint poster. As you can see, it features four frames of the music video version of the Single Ladies experience. Each of the four frames is abstracted to the point of perfect simplification. Made to the tune of 22″ x 30″ by print wizard Todd Stewart who hails from Ca Na Da.
Below you’ll find a bunch more prints from Stewart. Cheque those out also. Then just head on over to his webpage on the internet and click around a little bit.
Originally from Saskatchewan and residing in Montreal for the last 15 years, I am an illustrator and a self-taught screenprinter. Since 2004 I have run Bree, ree, a small scale print studio. Photography, illustration, collage, stencil and letterpress have all found their way into my screenprinted works. My posters for art and music shows have been seen on city streets in Quebec, Canada and the United States, and my art prints have been exhibited in galleries and public spaces in Montreal.
