zombie hand with fly by proctor

I don’t mean to get vile on you here, but these zombie drawings were done by none other than your new best friend Jeff Proctor. Zombies are a subject that I think every non-phobia art student and design student should be required to explore. Why? Because god damnit you need to know what to do if they attack! Zombies are amongst the most terrifying and unstoppable forces human beings have ever thought up! Why? Because they are a virus. Why should art students explore them? Because they’re really really awesome.

I just watched a documentary on zombies and they said that not only is modern zombie fanaticism not going away, it’s growing at an alarming rate. Jeff Proctor knows this. Jeff Proctor knows that not only can you draw zombies standing up and eating brains, you can put bird cages in them, too!

Proctor has had works including a couple of the ones you see in this post on display in a gallery setting (zombie only) and will have more in the future. Get in on the ground floor! Then make sure there’s only one stairway, climb that stairway, and bar the door. Make one small hole for your shotgun / grenades to fit through. And you should be good.

Just wait through the winter and you’re golden.
