    Any graffiti artist that does their share of freights knows that the only thing train yard cops and operators care about is the ID numbers. If they leave those in tact, most of the time they don’t really care if they paint the train.

    @Andy Berndt : I’d REALLY have to disagree – if a cop or operator saw you in the trainyards with any kind of paint or marking tool, they’d run to capture you asap – there’s no way in heck they’re going to wait to see if you’re being respectful of the ID numbers
