London to Mars / One Way / My collection of wonderful things will never be complete without one of these. A glimpse into the future, a rather optimistic future where organic and inorganic have reached some different (and better?) coalition for the greater good of the world of design works… And Beyond!

Designer Jeeyun Michaella Chung speaks of a wonderful time: “On year 2121, Transport for London has set up a new shuttle ferry service to Mars called ‘The Martian Arms’ and I was asked to design a unique ticket for it. Assuming that soon high digital technology will completely take over the world and our livings, the craftship and unartificial things will gradually diminished out of our sights. Therefore, I thought of something very organic at the time of era to be unique and different.”

Please please, people of the future: make tokens stand the test of time. Tokens are so very excellent, and as you know from the classic “Minority Report”, wood configurations are all unique. Take heed! Everyone from the now-time, take a peek JMC below.
