Adric Macht is a hell of a man, a whalin’ man is he. He made this poster as a final project for a class called “Formmaking” that he and I took at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Our teacher was non other than Dan Ibarra, one of the heads at Aesthetic Apparatus. This poster is about birds. Isn’t it weird that we eat birds? Isn’t it also weird how birds migrate? That’s what this lovely blue, white, and stark red is all about.

(2008) Migration Paths Poster:: 27x19in
This screenprint was created to be an interactive poster. I choose to have an interactive way to show where throughout the United States people have traveled. The state birds were used to represent the states and string was used to show the connection paths.
