This is an update. This post (the post below) was posted in October of last year, about Futura 2000. Since then, Futura has posted a reply (confirmed, really the dude,) and he’s provided a tiny extra fleck of info on his latest endeavor. So Cheque it out.

Futura 2000 used to be with [CLOT], but I’ve just found out he’s with a different group playing the same excellent photography game.

Futura 2000 is [famous] for his major role in the early New York graffiti scene. The way this man approaches each project as a unique problem to solve, just like the fantastic designer (and artist) that he is.

His blog is a unique work of art. It’s documentation photography, and it’s really quite amazing and truly colorful.

P.S. I get the impression that he’s traveling around the United States taking photos of Baseball games. Or was. It’s kinda neat.
