it’s quite easy to line up the face to be centered. In step 4 where you fold it before the sleeves, flip the bill over and make sure the face in near the bottom, that way when you flip it over to finish the shirt in step 6 it’ll be right in the middle.

there are different 5 dollar bills for most steps. Look at the numbers in green under the word five. In step 2.4.5.6. the numbers are not the same DIFFERENT BILLS
