World Famous Design Junkies is for and by design conscious individuals from the entire spectrum of the design universe. That doesn’t mean everyone’s not invited, though! MCAD graduate Chris Burns is a design journalist and freelance graphic and new-media designer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. Chris works and writes for design-conscious organizations locally and abroad, most recently conceptual industrial design blog Yanko Design and globalization and design education blog Geotypografika, and is currently the administrator of World Famous Design Junkies. Chris lives for collecting, documenting, and doing lovely design and design field work on bike and on foot. Chris has lived in several cities around the world as a student of design; London, Edinburgh, Paris, Rome, Los Angeles, and currently resides in sunny Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Publisher of industrial design blog Yanko Design, Yamada shares Chris’ passion for the undiscovered. He’s worked in fine dining, web-development, and retail design, working now in internet business for over 7 years.
